Knead dough for 5 min and place in a greased bowl. Cover and let sit 10 min.
After 10 min roll dough out into a rectangle. Then top with filling.

FILLING:

Chocolate Pie

I did it!! I tried a new recipe for Chocolate Pie and it actually turned out!!! Yayy!! Now, just have to wait for my Hubs to get home and see if it passes his test :)!

I'm super excited!! This recipe was pretty easy...SO if you love Chocolate Pie...give this a try! (hey, that rhymes) ha!

CHOCOLATE PIE (COCOA CREAM PIE):
*1/2 Cup Cocoa
*1/4 Cup Corn Starch
*3 Eggs-beaten
*1 1/2 Cups Sugar
*1/4 teaspoon Salt
*2 Cups Milk
*1 teaspoon Vanilla
*Pie Crust, Oreo, Graham Cracker, or make your own :)

In a large saucepan mix together Cocoa, Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt and the 3 beaten Eggs. Mix Well. Add in Vanilla and stir.
Stir over Medium-High Heat and gradually add milk, Keep stirring! It will be very watery at first, but stir constantly for about 10 minutes and it will get nice and thick! Stir or beat until smooth and pour into a cooked crust! Chill in fridge.
Tyler likes Oreo Crust, so i just bought one at Walmart and baked it for 5 minutes, then let it cool.

CrockpotChicken with Gravy

Hey Everyone!

I finally tried another new recipe last night! It turned out deliciously!!!! (If thats a word?) :)

This recipe is also VERY easy! And you can throw it in the Crock before you go to work, let it cook all day and when your ready to eat just make the gravy!...Takes 2 min!

CROCKPOT CHICKEN WITH GRAVY:
*3 chicken breasts
*2 Packets Brown Gravy or Chicken Gravy (As you can see I used brown, its my hubby's fav)
*2 C. of Chicken Broth
*Salt and Pepper
*Might need a little water

Salt and Pepper Chicken breasts. Place in Crockpot.
Pour in Chicken Broth. If there's not enough to cover the chicken add a little water to cover them.
Cook on low 8 hrs. Or high 5-6.

After 8 hrs take chicken out and shred it. Pour 2 Cups of the chicken broth/water mixture from crockpot into a sauce pan. Add gravy packets, boil and simmer about 2 min. until thick.

Serve with Mashed Potatoes! Put some chicken on top of potatoes and pour gravy over! yummy!! I love meals with Mashed Potatoes and gravy!

How do you make your Mashed Potatoes?! I usually put about 4 tablespoons of butter in with prolly 1 Cup Milk, Salt and Pepper and sometimes GARLIC SALT!!! Try it its delicious!! :)
